5000 ml bottle Oil HDPE silver with sight stripe is a rectangular bottle which, thanks to the sturdy HDPE material, is user-friendly and attractive. Due to the silver color, the bottle is opaque and has a modern and protective appearance.

Closures:

The bottle has a 50mm guarantee closure, for this neck we have the perfectly fitting closure, which has been used for several years as a combination.

• Guarantee cap with pouring spout

This is equipped with a guarantee ring which seals the bottle after tightening. Afterwards, the pouring spout can be pulled out from the top. And we have the cap in stock.

This bottle also has a sight stripe with measurement marks on the side.

Material:

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a sturdy, matte plastic. It offers a good water and oxygen barrier and is reasonably resistant to breakage and impact. HDPE is the most commonly used plastic for plastic bottles and is generally resistant to acidic and alkaline products, alcohol, and a range of chemicals. HDPE is not suitable for essential oils and some solvents such as turpentine and benzene.

Maximum Temperature:

HDPE is suitable for up to 65 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. HDPE is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

The bottle is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning products, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

Shape:

Our rectangular bottles are basically the same idea as the oval bottles; they are flat and wide. Looking at the base, a rectangular bottle has sharper corners and straight sides. This allows these models to be used even more for specific purposes. Our Mailbox Rectangle is, for example, a series specially made to fit through a mailbox. This mailbox bottle, like the other rectangular bottles, is ideal for packing without loss of space.
