All our plastic bottles can be supplied with a corresponding lid. We guarantee the right fit when you choose a lid in the shop that is displayed as a suggestion with the selected bottles.
When you combine products from our shop with products with the same designation you sourced elsewhere, we cannot guarantee the correct fit

3. Shipping

If I order something in the shop, when will I have the product I ordered delivered at my home?
Your product will be delivered at home within 2 to 4 business days from order date, provided all items are in stock.
Parcels are not delivered over the weekend.

Can I collect my order too?
The web shop doesn't offer the option to collect an order.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be delivered to your home by a parcel delivery service.

Do I have to create an account to order at
You are not required to create an account. We do however recommend that you do. When you register, you can easily look back at your order history, and with a repeat order, you don't have to enter your information again.

Is the information I need to fill in for an account, safe with
We respect the privacy of all our site users and ensure that the personal information you pass on to us, will be treated as confidential. We will not pass your personal information on to third parties.

I want to receive an order and the invoice at a different address. Is this possible?
This is not a problem at all. You can enter a different delivery address, for example, if you want to send a gift or you need the items at a different address than the invoice address. When you opt for this, we will send the package to the delivery address, and the invoice will be sent to the invoice address.

Free Shipping
If your order total is above €100 (ex. VAT), your order will be shipped for free to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, United Kingdom and Luxembourg.

Shipping Costs
If your order is not eligible for free shipping, the shipping costs will be € 11,00 Excluding VAT for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain and the United Kingdom and € 7,00 Excluding VAT The Netherlands.

4. Service

I want to use my cancellation right, how does it work?
