Cancellation

Returns 
You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason, up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation, you once again have 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping. Only the return costs from your home to the webstore will be for your own account.. 

Cancellation
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all the supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at service@plasticflessenshop.nl. 

You have the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason, up to 14 days after receipt. The cancellation period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, took physical possession of the goods. 

In order to exercise the cancellation right, you need to inform the Plasticflessenshop.nl. with whom you have reached an agreement of your decision to cancel the contract, in an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post, fax or email). To comply with the cancellation period, it will suffice to send your communication regarding your exercise of the cancellation right before the cancellation period has expired. 

Consequences of the withdrawal 
If you cancel the agreement, you will immediately be refunded for all the payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (excluding any extra costs as a result of your choice of another type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been advised of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will refund you in the same way you made payment in the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such repayment. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or you have sent proof that you returned the goods, whichever date comes first. 

You should return or hand the goods over without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of the decision to cancel the contract, to the Plasticflessenshop.nl. (Return address Plasticflessen.nl B.V. Europaweg 22, 9636 HT Zuidbroek, The Netherlands) branch with whom you reached an agreement. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The immediate costs associated with the return will be borne by you. You are solely liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

Return exceptions
A consumer purchase which involves the following supply will be excluded from the right of withdrawal:
products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, which are not prefabricated and that are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the consumer, or which are clearly intended for a specific person.
Products which are not suitable to be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, and were the seal was broken after the delivery.
Products that are irrevocably mixed with other things due to their nature, after delivery.
