50 ml Twistoff jar hexagonal glass clear TO43, is a hexagonal bottle which, thanks to the sturdy glass, is user-friendly and attractive. Due to the transparent color, the bottle is completely clear and the liquid inside can be seen; if it is colored, the color will shine through the bottle.

Closures:

The bottle has a 43mm closure, for this neck we have the perfectly fitting closures which have been used for several years as combination.

Material:

During repackaging and transportation of glass products, they can be damaged. Some damage or contamination is not always immediately visible. We advise cleaning all glass packaging before use with water and soap. Do this with the opening facing downwards so the contamination can drain out.

Maximum Temperature:

Glass is suitable for high temperatures; for sterilizing in the oven, a maximum temperature of 130*C is recommended. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. Glass is very sensitive to temperature shocks, so ensure gradual temperature changes. Glass is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning products, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

Shape:

A hexagonal bottle has, viewed from the bottom, 6 identical sides. Each side of the bottle is equally wide and all corners are identical. Generally, our hexagonal bottles have a fairly small radius (rounding) in the corners, giving a sleek and modern appearance. The sharp corners also give the bottle extra strength, allowing us to often produce the bottles with slightly less plastic (weight). This is naturally less harmful to the environment, as what we do not use does not need to be extracted from oil. Due to the hexagonal shape, the bottles are also very efficient to pack in boxes, resulting in minimal wasted space. This also helps reduce raw material usage.
