100 ml jar Glossy Sharp natural PP

100 ml jar Glossy Sharp natural PP is a round jar which, thanks to the sturdy PP material, is user-friendly and attractive. Due to the natural semi-transparent colour, the jar is matte translucent and the liquid inside the jar can be seen; if it is coloured, the colour will shine through the jar.

Closures:

The jar has a 76mm closure, for this neck we have perfectly fitting closures which have been used for several years as combination.

Material:

PP or Polypropylene PP is a sturdy and fairly hard plastic. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less resistant to breakage and impact, especially at low temperatures. PP is widely used for jars and closures.

Maximum Temperature:

PP is suitable for a maximum of 90 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the jars. PP is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The jar is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning products, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.

Shape:

Round, we call a jar round if the bottom of the jar forms a perfect circle; the indicated diameter is measured on the outside of the jar at the widest point. Our round jars can have different shoulders; by shoulders we mean the part where the jar narrows at the top to gradually transition into the neck part. The most common variants are a rounded or sharp shoulder. Rounded means there is a radius on the jar and the side flows smoothly into an angled top which connects to the neck part. The sharp shoulder is a hard angle after which the jar slopes towards the neck. Lastly, on the Bullet round we have a conical shoulder, this shoulder starts halfway up the jar and gradually tapers into a pointed shape towards the neck without a clear edge.
