Professional Trigger recycled R-HDPE White

Professional Trigger recycled R-HDPE White is a round bottle which, thanks to the sturdy and matte recycled HDPE material, is user-friendly, attractive and sustainable because this R-HDPE bottle has up to 70% less CO2 impact. Due to the white color, the bottle is opaque and has a fresh and protective appearance.

Material:

Recycled HDPE nearly 70% less CO2 emissions. R-HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a sturdy plastic with a matte surface. It offers a good water and oxygen barrier and is fairly break- and drop-resistant. R-HDPE is generally resistant to acidic and alkaline products, alcohol and a wide range of chemicals. R-HDPE is not suitable for food, essential oils and some solvents such as turpentine and benzene. The bottle is an excellent choice for companies and individuals. With its sturdy material and attractive design, this bottle is perfect for various applications.

Maximum Temperature:

R-HDPE is suitable for up to 65 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the bottles. R-HDPE is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The bottle is not suitable for packaging food or cosmetics that remain on the skin. R-HDPE is suitable for cleaning products, chemicals and washable products.

Shape:

Round, we call a bottle round if the bottom of the bottle forms a perfect circle, the indicated diameter is measured on the outside of the bottle at the widest point. Our round bottles can have different shoulders, by shoulders we mean the part where the bottle narrows at the top to gradually transition into the neck part. The most common variants are a rounded or sharp shoulder. Rounded means there is a radius on the bottle and the side flows smoothly into an angled top which connects to the neck part. The sharp shoulder is a hard angle after which the bottle slopes sharply to the neck. Lastly, on the Bullet round we also have a conical shoulder, this shoulder starts halfway up the bottle and gradually tapers into a pointed shape towards the neck without a clear edge.
