Jerrycan Cap Guarantee

Jerrycan Cap Guarantee is a guarantee cap which is user-friendly and attractive thanks to the sturdy PP material.

Type of Closure:

The closure is a DIN51 guarantee closure, after the cap is firmly screwed onto the jerrycan the lower ring of the cap will remain attached to the jerrycan and the combiseal is sealed. When the cap is unscrewed this ring tears off the cap and it is clearly visible that the product has been opened. This provides protection for first use.

Material:

PP or Polypropylene PP is a sturdy and fairly hard plastic. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less resistant to breakage and impact, especially at low temperatures. PP is widely used for caps and closures.

Maximum Temperature:

PP is suitable for a maximum of 90 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the caps. PP is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

Food Safety:

The cap is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.
