Flip Cap PP 25mm snap

Flip Cap PP 25mm snap is a Honey Flip Cap cap which is user-friendly and attractive thanks to the sturdy PP material.

Type of Closure:

The closure is a Honey Flip Cap closure, after pressing the cap onto the bottle you can flip open the top, revealing a small opening of approx. 7.5mm which allows easy dosing of your product. There is a valve in the small opening, to prevent dripping. The cap has a large top, allowing the bottle to stand on its head and thus let the last residues slide down from the bottle.

Material:

PP or Polypropylene PP is a sturdy and fairly hard plastic. PP has a good water and oxygen barrier but is less resistant to breakage and impact, especially at low temperatures. PP is widely used for caps and closures.

Maximum Temperature:

PP is suitable for up to 90 degrees. Prolonged exposure to these temperatures can still damage or deform the caps. PP is recyclable and can therefore be reused to make new packaging.

The cap is food safe and an excellent choice for companies and individuals looking for reliable packaging. Suitable for filling foodstuffs, beverages, cosmetics, cleaning agents, pharmaceutical and chemical products. All raw materials we use, except for the recycled HDPE products, are approved raw materials according to various European and American regulations that may come into contact with food products.
