Our 5000ml Big Clear Jar is made of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate), a hard and transparent material with a glossy surface. This makes it extremely break- and drop-resistant, with an excellent barrier against water and oxygen. PET is resistant to alcohol and essential oils, as well as a wide range of chemicals, but is not suitable for strongly acidic or alkaline products. Furthermore, PET is heat resistant up to approximately 60ºC.
